Before receiving exercise-related information such as the orientation date and time, it is mandatory to pass a background check conducted by HDS. If chosen, you will need to complete The Offer Acceptance Form, which is a crucial part of the application process. This form includes the information necessary for conducting background checks and granting access to exercise facilities. It also serves as your confirmation of attendance.
